Inspired by reading

I started noticing how feedback can shut people down instead of helping them move forward. It happened to me too, so I wanted to understand it better and read SQUACK to Improve Feedback by Julie Jensen.

I wanted to share the main ideas with my team, but I didn't want to make a regular presentation. I like mixing different formats, so I turned it into a slide-based exhibition with slightly immersive slides, key principles, work examples, and a few of my own mistakes.

This is only a glimpse of the presentation. It was supported by a practical talk, but here I am mainly showing the format and the experiment behind it.
